Q: Can I pick my order up or can you arrange to send it by courier?

A: All orders are sent free of charge using a signature based service to ensure that the patient is the recipient.

Q: Do you deliver to Packstation addresses?

A: Yes. It is possible for us to send orders to DHL Packstations. As we cannot send to these addresses using a trackable service, proof of postage will be retained instead.

PLEASE NOTE: You, the customer, accept full responsibility and liabilty for any orders which are sent to a Packstation address but not received.

Q: When will my order be delivered?

A: For an estimated delivery time, please click here. Whilst every effort is made to despatch your order in a timely manner, the delivery time can vary due to circumstances beyond our control.

Q: My order has not been updated, what should I do?

A: Our Customer Services Team endeavour to process and update all orders within 2 working days. If this has not happened after this time, please contact us using the form which can be found here.

Q: My order has not been delivered, what should I do?

A: If your order has not been received within the estimated time, please first of all contact your local Post Office to see if parcel is there, awaiting collection.  If your item is not at the delivery office, please contact us using the form which can be found here.

Q: Can you sell me the products in bulk?

A: No. Kamagra1st provides a service to individual patients for personal use only. As such, we do not supply the products in wholesale amounts.

Q: Are your medicines safe?

A: All medicines supplied by Kamagra1st are genuine products, manufactured under the strictest clinical conditions by Ajanta Pharma, Mumbai.

Q: I am currently taking…Can I also take one of your products at the same time?

A: Whilst every care has been taken to fully list the medicines with which each individual product should not be taken with, should you have any doubt, it is recommended that you discuss the suitability of taking any of the products listed on here with your GP or Pharmacist before placing your order.

Q: I cannot place my order online. Can you help?
